The hotel is in good location near 2 shopping malls, Cup & Europa. Clean room with comfortable bed. The bathroom is old but well maintained. It’s got a bathtub, a separate shower, heated towel rack and big mirror. The staff at the reception did an amazing job. From the guy when we checked in, to the lady at the end when we checked out. It’s a big plus that they have a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Breakfast buffet is good. They have the basics and a waffle machine.

The hotel is located very close to the river, old town, airport bus (3G) station and other hotels hosting major events. A great shopping mall with lots of food options is also nearby. Breakfast has good selection of warm and cold options. The room (417) was quiet, wifi works well. Bathroom is huge. The staff is kind and helpful.

Location - convenient to reach by car, acceptable walking distance to the city center Parking - space seems to be somewhat limited, we were lucky, had no issues to find a spot at the entrance to the hotel; Room - size-wise OK, quiet, not too small, decently equipped, el. plugs not a big issue, air-co, windows can be opened which is a plus; Beds - solid sleep quality, good pillows; Bathroom - spacious, with plenty of daylight, bathtub; Breakfast - very good choice, tasty, pleasantly surprised, thumbs up; Wi-fi - very good, no connectivity issues;

I like the location,close to old town,river "Neris"i went the for a run in the mornings,friendly staff/receptionist. Breakfast is amazing 👏 and worker's i the restaurant doing their best job,thank you girls:) Also big bathroom in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s a small and quiet place, not right in the city center, but just a 20-25 minute walk away. We had booked a standard room, but were pleasantly surprised to be given a river-view room at no extra cost. The staff were very professional and friendly—every question or request was answered promptly. For example, the mattress was a bit too firm for us, and they immediately added a soft topper to make it more comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent, especially the herring and the pastries. A lovely surprise was the small but very cozy spa. We visited it several times and each time had it all to ourselves—it really felt like a VIP experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Vilnius during our family trip. The rooms were neat, clean, and impressively spacious. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious and healthy options that suited everyone's taste. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore the city. A special mention to the friendly and helpful staff at the reception—they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for families!

The hotel provides very good accommodation. The room was spacious well furnished. Breakfast was very good and diverse .. From the hotel you can easily visit sights in Vilnius or can be used by city traffic. The station is about 7 minutes away. The bus to the airport also takes away from this station. Near the hotel is also a shopping center, where it is possible to use various refreshments. At noon it is possible to have a good lunch at a great price in the hotel restaurant.

The location is super, close to the mall, close to the old town. The room was upgraded to a suite for free (big load on the day of arrival), spacious, clean, TV in each room, two bathrooms. The small pool and sauna were very welcome. The variety of main dishes, fruits, vegetables served for breakfast is average.
